Tosin Adarabioyo claims Willian didn’t get enough credit at Chelsea because of Eden Hazard’s brilliance
Current Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabioyo, 27, has claimed that former Blues star Willian was underrated during his time at Stamford Bridge because he played in the same attack as Hazard.
When discussing Hazard via Chelsea’s official YouTube channel, Tosin said: “Absolute baller. Just one of the best players to play for Chelsea.”
Tosin later added: “Hazard speaks for himself. Willian, for me, he didn’t get the credit he deserved because obviously he was playing in a team with Hazard. But if you looked at what he did, he was unbelievable.”
Now aged 36, Willian is still playing in the Premier League with Fulham. The Brazilian winger is most remembered for his spell at Chelsea between 2013 and 2020, though.
