Chelsea’s win against Legia Warsaw could prove to be a big moment for a number of individuals who are looking to prove they have a long-term future at the club.
The Blues ran out 3-0 winners in Poland to take a giant step towards the Conference League semi-finals, with Tyrique George and Noni Madueke on the scoresheet.
The latter made a great impact off the bench, converting twice from two Jadon Sancho assists.
The England international’s loan at Stamford Bridge has not worked out in the way he would have liked, despite making an electric start to his time in a Blue shirt.
However, the win against Legia saw the winger show signs of what Chelsea fans have been waiting so long to see.

Chelsea likely to send Jadon Sancho back to Manchester United
It was widely believed that Sancho would be joining the club permanently at the end of the season as part of an obligation to buy as part of the loan from Manchester United.
However, it has since emerged that Chelsea can opt out of signing Sancho for a small fee in comparison to the £25m that they would be paying to their Premier League rivals.
With that option in mind, the Blues have a decision to make. The addition of Sancho could stop them from adding a new winger to their squad.
According to the Mail Online, the most likely scenario right now is that Sancho returns to Old Trafford at the end of the campaign.

Chelsea targeting £35m Sancho replacement
Chelsea are reportedly in the market for a new winger this summer, which could well come at the expense of Sancho.
The same report claims the Blues are stepping up their persuit of Real Betis star Jesus Rodriguez, who has been a regular for the Conference League side.
It claims the La Liga club are holding out for £35m to part ways with the 19-year-old, a fee that is very realistic for the Blues.
The addition of Rodriguez would certainly suit the model being pushed by Todd Boehly and co in West London, however may leave some fans underwhelmed due to not being an established name.
