Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino and goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic showed a bit of class after their side’s win against Middlesbrough last night.
It was a tough game for Middlesbrough shot-stopper Tom Glover, who conceded six goals at Stamford Bridge.
The Carabao Cup semi-final tie finished 6-2 to Chelsea, so Mauricio Pochettino and Djordje Petrovic would have been in a celebratory mood after the club’s second leg victory yesterday.
However, that did not stop them from both going over to Glover at full-time to give him some words of encouragement.
Chelsea will find out who they will be playing in the Carabao Cup final tonight after Liverpool’s trip to Fulham.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are winning their semi-final tie against Marco Silva’s men after beating them 2-1 at Anfield earlier this month.

Who should start in goal for Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final?
Whoever Chelsea play at Wembley, Pochettino is going to have a big decision to make.
Robert Sanchez is the Blues’ first-choice goalkeeper, but Petrovic has come into the side since the Spaniard’s injury and has not done a bad job between the sticks.
Pochettino actually has Petrovic to thank for Chelsea getting this far. The 24-year-old, of course, made a brilliant save in the penalty shoot-out against Newcastle United in the quarter-finals, which set up the clash with Middlesbrough in the next round.
Considering that, it would be a bit harsh to now drop Petrovic for the final.
However, a lot could depend on what happens in the Premier League before then. If Sanchez is restored to Pochettino’s starting XI and performs well, then there is obviously going to be an argument for keeping him in the team.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion star recently shared a post on Instagram which suggests he could be back in action soon.
