Shaun Wright-Phillips claimed his former Chelsea teammate Didier Drogba would have revelled in featuring alongside Reece James.
Speaking to football.london, Wright-Philips said the legendary Stamford Bridge striker and the current deadly defender could have made one lethal partnership.
The ex-winger played with Drogba 76 times whilst they were wearing Chelsea colours.

They also shared a dressing room as Phoenix Rising players in 2017.
Therefore, it’s fair to say Wright-Philips knows a thing or two about the iconic Ivorian.
He is certainly well placed to suggest who would be a perfect provider for his old colleague.
Step forward James, who is enjoying the time of his life right now.
Man of the moment
Few professionals in the sport can boost to be in a better position than the 21-year-old.
Five goals and five assists for the season makes him Chelsea’s most dangerous attacking threat.

A remarkable feat, considering he is a right-back/wing-back.
Tuesday’s Champions League win against Juventus was all about James.
The star of the show in South West London, it will be difficult to get the England international down from cloud nine.
“The part I like a lot about Reece James is the way he manoeuvres his size,” hailed Wright-Philips, one of many to praise the full-back.
“He’s strong, I was a lot smaller and more agile but he seems to avoid tackles and move around people using his body very well.
“Once he gets that half a yard or couple of yards away from the defender, the quality he puts into the box is a striker’s dream.

“I can imagine him putting balls into Didier Drogba.
“He would be laughing every time they come in because the balls are so perfect, it would be like a tap-in.”
James to Drogba
Drogba scored 164 times for Chelsea in 381 appearances.
Just imagine how many more he could’ve got had James been feeding him from the right.
His deliveries are eerily accurate, executed with pace and power.
Much like his efforts towards opposing goalkeepers.

Woe betide anyone who tries to get in the way of a Reece rocket.
Unfortunately, the Drogba James combo will just have to live on as a fantasy.
Romelu Lukaku and co. can appreciate the service instead.
