Callum Hudson-Odoi could end up leaving Chelsea on a permanent basis this summer.
That is according to well-informed journalist Simon Phillips.
Phillips has claimed on his Substack that Premier League side Nottingham Forest are “very interested” in signing Callum Hudson-Odoi during this summer transfer window.
He adds that there may be some advancements in their interest, too.
In addition, any kind of transfer involving the 22-year-old Chelsea winger moving to Forest is likely to be a permanent one.

The Daily Mail claimed last month that Chelsea value Hudson-Odoi at just £10million this summer amid interest from Premier League rivals Forest.
Chelsea’s academy graduate has just gone through a very disappointing season-long loan spell at Bayer Leverkusen, scoring once in 21 appearances for the German Bundesliga club.
In our view, the fast wide man has a long road back to get in the Blues first-team scene.
We can definitely understand the reasoning behind the English winger’s sale, but at £10million he should be a great punt for several teams in the division.

It’s mad to think Hudson-Odoi has made 126 first-team appearances in Chelsea colours.
We believe the youngster still has time on his side to go elsewhere and try fulfil his big potential.
As for incoming Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino, he already has a number of skilful and rapid wingers to work with next season.
