Jamie O’Hara thinks Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham would cost £150million to sign amid reported interest from Chelsea.
Bellingham, 19, is a talented young midfielder already shining on a regular basis for Dortmund.
The German club have a pattern of selling on a prized asset each summer, so will the box-to-box midfielder be the next individual to follow in the footsteps of players like Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho?
ESPN reported earlier this month that Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United are all interested in signing Bellingham. In fact, the teenager sounds like a key target for the Blues, because the club’s owners view him as an “ideal candidate” for the midfield positions at Stamford Bridge.

O’Hara thinks Bellingham would cost £150m
TalkSPORT pundit O’Hara suggests it would take a gigantic sum to sign Bellingham in the future following his World Cup performance on Monday.
“Bellingham for me is going to come out of this tournament a £150million player. He was fantastic [against Iran],” O’Hara told talkSPORT.
Bellingham kickstarted his and England’s World Cup campaign with a goal in yesterday’s 6-2 win over Iran.
He guided in a header after a great run into the box, something he’s beginning to learn at club level with Dortmund.
It’s interesting to hear Jamie Redknapp make a comparison between him and Frank Lampard.
Chelsea’s deal to sign Romelu Lukaku well over a year ago for £97.5million remains the club-record transfer sum for a new signing, so that may need to be smashed to get a player with Bellingham’s ability. Fabrizio Romano states his transfer could cost £135million next summer.
