One Chelsea star appears to have options in the Premier League as he moves closer to a Stamford Bridge exit.
Ahead of the new season, Chelsea need to trim down their squad a bit, especially in central defence.
Following the arrival of Tosin Adarabioyo, the Blues are quite stacked there. It is an area of the pitch where another new signing, Renato Veiga, can also play.
It makes Trevoh Chalobah one candidate to leave, with the 25-year-old already on the periphery right now.
On Monday, he was left out of the Chelsea squad that flew to the United States for the club’s pre-season tour.

Trevoh Chalobah could join Crystal Palace or West Ham
Chalobah has already said no to Crystal Palace once in this transfer window, but it looks like the Eagles remain keen on him.
And after being left out of Enzo Maresca‘s squad, the central defender now seems more open to leaving Stamford Bridge this summer.
According to CaughtOffside, Chalobah is willing to leave Chelsea and is being tracked by Palace and West Ham United.
The same outlet also claims that Chelsea’s west London rivals Fulham are interested in his signature as well and that he could cost up to £30m.
Malang Sarr also set to leave Chelsea
Chalobah is not the only centre-back who looks likely to leave Chelsea this summer. Malang Sarr already has one foot out of the door.
Sarr’s medical with RC Lens should have been completed by now. The 25-year-old will not be part of Maresca’s first team but will be glad that he is leaving Chelsea.
Last season, the Frenchman failed to play a single minute of football. He needs a fresh start and will get that at Lens.
Chelsea, then, will be expected to go into the new season with Adarabioyo, Levi Colwill, Benoit Badiashile, Axel Disasi and Wesley Fofana as their main centre-half options. That is definitely more than enough for Maresca.
