Reported Chelsea target Anthony Gordon returned to Everton training today, having been absent for the last three days.
Sky Sports journalist Vinnie O’Connor caught the moment Gordon headed into the complex at Finch Farm on camera.
“In fact, that’s Anthony Gordon. That is a bit of a surprise. It seems Anthony Gordon has made his way into the training ground here,” said O’Connor.
The England Under-21 international had not been present for training for 72 hours, amidst mighty rumours he might be leaving the club this month.

Chelsea and Newcastle United have both been mentioned as possible destinations for the 21-year-old, with a bidding war between the two financial giants potentially on the horizon.
Anthony Gordon could get the green light from Chelsea
Gordon’s disappearance in the past few days might’ve been to force a move to either Stamford Bridge or Saint James’ Park.
He couldn’t really be blamed for wanting to put Goodison Park behind him.
Everton are currently 19th in the Premier League, only above rock bottom thanks to goal difference.
Frank Lampard was sacked from his post following a fourth straight defeat in all competitions.

Sean Dyche was appointed as the new Toffees’ manager earlier today, a sign that the side are fully prepared for a relegation dogfight.
Dyche will need all his troops on board for the remainder of the campaign, but might be without one the best and brightest in the squad.
Should Gordon depart, he could earn Everton a tidy, and much needed, £40m, which is actually a decrease in the previous figure set last season.
If Chelsea are the ones to sign the attacker, it would take their spending spree in January over the £200m mark.
Quite an outlay for a team who are mid-table in the league, out of both cup competitions and scarcely in with a chance of winning the Champions League.
