N’Golo Kante could now be followed to Saudi Arabia by Hakim Ziyech as Chelsea’s summer overhaul continues.
That is according to Rudy Galetti.
So, what are the details involving N’Golo Kante, Chelsea and Hakim Ziyech? Let’s take a look…
What’s the story?
Well – according to Fabrizio Romano – Kante is on the verge of leaving Chelsea for Saudi Arabia after being presented with a €100m (£86m) offer.
Chelsea will not receive a fee as the France international is set to leave for free when his contract expires this month.
Now – according to Galetti – Ziyech could follow Kante to Saudi Arabia.
It is said that the 30-year-old is keen to leave Chelsea, and has been in talks with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sports since May.
Galetti believes a new meeting between Saudi Arabian representatives and Ziyech is set to take place next week to hold more detailed discussions about a transfer.
Ziyech likely to leave Chelsea
It has been a miserable year for Ziyech at Chelsea, and it now looks set to end with a move to Saudi Arabia.
The Morocco international – who Frank Lampard is said to be a huge admirer of – saw a move to PSG break down in January, which Sky Sports believe left the £33m man furious.
Speaking about Lampard and Ziyech, Matt Law of the Telegraph told the London Is Blue podcast: “Lampard made a huge push to sign Ziyech. He famously went to one of the Tottenham vs Ajax Champions League games and decided that he was the thing for him. He’s a really big fan of Ziyech.
“He likes him. I think even though Ziyech, I’m told, can be a bit of a challenging person, I think Lampard actually likes that in him.”

In total, Ziyech made just six Premier League starts as Chelsea finished 12th, and also crashed out of the FA Cup and Carabao Cup at the first hurdle.
It was not the way Chelsea’s No.22 would have wanted his time at Stamford Bridge to end.
Nevertheless, be sure to keep an eye on this situation, as Ziyech looks set to follow Kante out of Chelsea.
