Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy is about to undergo a medical with Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli.
He took to Twitter to state that the Senegal international will undergo a medical on Monday to confirm his move away from Stamford Bridge.
It looks as if Mendy is going to be on his way out just 18 months after being named the best goalkeeper in Europe.

The 31-year-old was proving a dominant force, signed for just £22m as part of a huge summer transfer window.
However, opportunities were few and far between under Graham Potter, who took charge for the majority of last season.
Even when Frank Lampard returned as a temporary manager, the gloves remained with Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The Spain international certainly enjoyed a bounce back campaign, with it seeming as if his career at Stamford Bridge was petering out to an end.
Mendy medical on Monday
Despite that, the future now has just him as a first team option between the sticks, with Romano claiming that Mendy’s medical will take place early next week.
He said: “Édouard Mendy will undergo medicals as new Al Ahli player on Monday — as contracts are being checked.
“Chelsea have already approved the deal two days ago, waiting to get it signed.”

Reports in recent days have stated that new Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is happy to go into next season with Kepa as his number one goalkeeper.
The Argentine believes that he and his goalkeeping coach have the capabilities to improve the Spain international.
Supporters may not be too encouraged by this news, with many hoping that the club would have turned some of their attention to the signing of Inter Milan’s Andre Onana.
