Chelsea were linked with quite a few Premier League players during the January transfer window.
For example, Chelsea were interested in signing Alejandro Garnacho from Premier League rivals Manchester United.
It was claimed that Enzo Maresca really wanted Garnacho at Stamford Bridge. As well as the 20-year-old, the likes of Liam Delap and Marc Guehi were also linked to Chelsea.
It now appears that the Blues are also interested in one of Guehi’s Crystal Palace teammates.

Chelsea interested in Daniel Munoz
According to Antena 2, Chelsea are interested in signing Daniel Munoz this summer, though any deal is unlikely to be straightforward.
The same outlet claims that Manchester City and Barcelona are also keen on the Colombian, who has been a key player for Palace this season.
Munoz has missed just one of the Eagles’ Premier League games, showing his importance to Oliver Glasner.
When Glasner spoke about Munoz in one pre-match press conference last term, he told Crystal Palace’s official website and reporters: “Daniel has an outstanding training mentality. Every training session he’s the guy who’s running most, who’s sprinting most.”
Chelsea and Palace have already done business with each other this year. Chelsea just let Ben Chilwell join Palace on loan until the end of the season.

Chelsea could not cope with Daniel Munoz last month
Chelsea drew 1-1 with Palace when the two London clubs met at Selhurst Park in January. It was a game where the visitors really struggled to deal with Munoz.
Playing in the right wing-back role, Munoz caused Chelsea so many problems on the day. The 28-year-old finished the match with four key passes to his name, while he also managed to create one big chance.
What was really impressive, though, was the number of ground duels Munoz won. In total, the Colombia international won nine out of the 11 ground duels he was involved in.
| Daniel Munoz vs Chelsea | Total |
| Minutes | 90 |
| Touches | 50 |
| Key passes | 4 |
| Crosses (accurate) | 6 (3) |
| Big chances created | 1 |
| Dribble attempts (successful) | 3 (2) |
| Ground duels (won) | 11 (9) |
| Tackles | 5 |
| Interceptions | 2 |
Turning 29 in May, Munoz is not really a Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital-type signing. However, the former Genk man has proven in the Premier League and against Chelsea that he can be a very effective player.
