Without a doubt, the Chelsea striker position is the one area that supporters debate over more than anything else.
The Chelsea squad looks more stable right now than it’s been in the last few years, but supporters will continue to discuss the No.9 position.
Nicolas Jackson usually leads the line as the Blues’ first-choice striker, scoring nine Premier League goals so far this season. Gary Lineker doesn’t consider Chelsea’s Jackson a natural finisher, though.
Enzo Maresca’s side are linked with several different centre-forwards in the transfer rumour mill.

Chelsea among clubs keen on Stefanos Tzimas
Stefanos Tzimas, who’s only aged 19, becomes the latest attacker mentioned as a Chelsea target.
In fact, the teenager is attracting plenty of interest while he impresses this season during a loan spell at 2. Bundesliga side Nurnberg from PAOK.
Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg has claimed via X that Chelsea are one of four Premier League clubs keen on Tzimas.
It is explained that the Blues are joined by English rivals Brighton, Aston Villa and Newcastle United in eyeing the Greek youngster.
Apparently, Nurnberg plan to activate a buy option at the end of the season to sign the centre-forward from PAOK for €18m (£15m).
During 14 appearances in the German second division so far this season, Tzimas has scored eight goals and created two assists for Nurnberg. It’s going to be interesting to see if Premier League clubs immediately try to sign him in the summer.
Chelsea shouldn’t forget Marc Guiu
The Blues should remember they’ve got their own teenage prodigy at the club already in the shape of Marc Guiu, so Tzimas doesn’t feel like a necessary target.
Guiu, 19, is beginning to show at Stamford Bridge his potential with more first-team opportunities. The Spanish centre-forward definitely has a special raw quality about him.
Joe Cole tips Chelsea youngster Guiu for a huge future and feels they got themselves a bargain when he signed for £5m from Barcelona last summer.
He’s scored six goals in 11 senior appearances across all competitions this season, plus he got some minutes off the bench in last weekend’s Premier League match. Hopefully, he gets the platform to kick on in the second half of the campaign with even more chances to develop and impress.
