Napoli will reportedly demand over £100million in the future to sell Victor Osimhen amid transfer links to Chelsea.

Osimhen, 24, is a talented striker making a big impression with Serie A leaders Napoli this season.

The powerful centre-forward has scored 14 goals in 19 games this campaign across all competitions, including a brace in a 5-1 win against Juventus earlier in January.

If you were to design what you want a Premier League frontman to look like, Osimhen would tick so many boxes with his raw strength and speed.

According to the Daily Mail, Napoli will confidently put a valuation on Osimhen worth over £100million at the end of the season.

Likewise, Tottenham would be able to do something similar with Harry Kane.

90min claimed a few months ago that Osimhen was emerging as a real favourite with Chelsea scouts, who are searching for a striker to sign in the summer window of 2023.

The Nigeria international has looked one of the most eye-catching forwards in European football during the past year, but are the Blues prepared to yet again spend big on a marquee striker?

There’s no doubt Chelsea are adding some real excitement and flair to the forward line with recent signings. In particular, January recruits Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke should bring a lot of entertainment from the wide roles.

There may still be a crucial gap in the No.9 position, though?
