This summer, Chelsea could bring in a new left-back, a position Mauricio Pochettino has had a few issues with this season.

It has been claimed that Chelsea have already offered the Spaniard and one of his team-mates to Real Madrid.

Davies could be about to decide whether he is going to stay at Bayern or not.

Journalist Florian Plettenberg recently shared on X that the German club expect the 23-year-old to confirm what he is doing this week.

With his contract expiring in 2025, Davies finds himself in a position where he needs to sign a new contract at the Allianz Arena or pick a new team.

Bayern will not want to lose the defender for nothing, making a summer move to Chelsea or Real Madrid, who are also being heavily linked with him, a possibility.

This season, the Canada international has recorded a top speed of 36.02 km/h, according to the division’s official website. Only five footballers can better that number, showing just how rapid he is.

Davies is also quite a good dribbler. He is currently completing 2.8 dribbles per league game, which is the third-highest average in Thomas Tuchel’s squad (WhoScored).
