Speculation about Cole Palmer potentially leaving Chelsea in the summer is refusing to go away.
After links to Premier League rivals Manchester United, it was reported that Palmer is still fully committed to Chelsea.
However, since then, more links involving Michael Carrick’s side and the attacking midfielder have emerged.
Say Morgan Rogers signs for Chelsea – who are you dropping from the XI to fit him in?
Palmer is from Manchester and was signed from United’s rivals Manchester City back in 2023.

Cole Palmer has no interest in re-signing for Manchester City
Palmer is one of the best players in the Premier League, so if the 23-year-old does want to leave Chelsea, you would expect City to register some interest in their former player.
According to The Sun, though, Palmer is not keen on a return to the Etihad, which United fans will view as good news.
On the other hand, the same outlet has claimed that the Englishman is open to a move to Old Trafford.
How much is Cole Palmer worth?
For now, the above is just paper talk. And even if Palmer has become unhappy with life in London and wants to join United, a transfer this summer will simply not happen.
In fact, the possibility of one happening in 2027 is also extremely unlikely. As for potential incomings, Chelsea want to sign a new midfielder and could bring in Douglas Luiz or another name as early as this month.

Why Cole Palmer won’t leave Chelsea this summer
Palmer is Chelsea’s No.1 attacker and is on a contract until 2033. The Blues will not want to sell the England international and are not in a position where they have to.
Again, there is also little substance to the speculation that Palmer is discontent with London life and wants to return to Manchester.
Liam Rosenior recently discussed Palmer, claiming that he would not swap the former City star for any player in the world when he is fully fit. The 41-year-old and Chelsea are not going to let him go anywhere this summer.
