Chelsea could be about to dump one of their outcasts on a Premier League rival as their clear-out continues.
Chelsea have already offloaded the likes of Noni Madueke, Joao Felix and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, while Carney Chukwuemeka is also set to follow them out of the exit door.
It was reported on Sunday that Chukwuemeka would have a medical at Borussia Dortmund at the start of this week.
Aaron Anselmino is also expected to join the German club on loan until the end of the season.

Bournemouth ‘confident’ they’ll land Axel Disasi
Axel Disasi is another player whom Chelsea are trying to get rid of, and the reliable Fabrizio Romano has given an update on his future.
According to the Italian journalist, Bournemouth have made Disasi their “top target” and are “confident” about signing the central defender.
Other clubs have also been linked with Disasi. For example, it has been claimed that Wolverhampton Wanderers are trying to sign Disasi as well.
However, Bournemouth appear to be in the driver’s seat for the 27-year-old’s signature.
Disasi spent the second half of last season out on loan at another Premier League side Aston Villa. But his spell there did not exactly go according to plan.

What happened when Axel Disasi came up against Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
One game in particular will give Disasi nightmares, with the Frenchman having a torrid time against one of the most dangerous footballers in world football right now.
Disasi had to face Paris Saint-Germain’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in a Champions League tie, and it did not end well for him.
“Disasi didn’t really want to be on the pitch tonight,” former Villa striker Dion Dublin said on Football Daily (via BBC Sport) after watching the France international. “It’s hard to get into the pace of the game at that stage as a player coming on but Kvaratskhelia tonight was everywhere.”
Kvaratskhelia, though, is capable of terrorising any defender, while Disasi was brought on as a substitute as Dublin alluded to. He simply was not ready for that encounter.
Playing against attackers in the Premier League with less quality and in his natural position, you would expect him to do much better.
