Chelsea youngster Harvey Vale is currently enjoying a brilliant individual season out on loan away from Stamford Bridge.
Harvey Vale, who’s just 20, is experiencing a season-long loan with League One club Bristol Rovers.
The versatile left-footer has dropped down to the third division of English football and is excelling on a weekly basis.
Apparently, his loan club could would love to sign him permanently.

Journalist Simon Phillips reported via Substack today that Bristol Rovers would absolutely love to sign Vale from Chelsea on a permanent basis.
He shared: ” I understand they (Bristol Rovers) would sign him (Vale) in a heartbeat if they could agree terms.”
In addition, Phillips said that he’s heard from Rovers sources that Vale has hugely impressed during his loan and they rate him extremely highly.
Apparently, the League One club would like the 20-year-old talent back on a full-time basis. They wouldn’t be able to afford his wages or the deal to sign him, though.
Bristol Rovers want Harvey Vale permanently
The next logical step for Chelsea is to check on Vale in the summer during pre-season. If there’s no place for him in the squad, a loan to a Championship club makes sense to us next year.
He’s a technical individual that played a lot of his academy football further forward in attacking positions, but he’s starring at left-back/left wing-back in Bristol Rovers colours.
Speaking via The Athletic recently, Vale shared his ultimate goal is to make it into Chelsea’s first-team squad at Stamford Bridge. We’ve got high hopes for the England Under-20 international, too.
Vale’s year in Bristol certainly goes down as one of Chelsea’s best decisions in the loan market this campaign, where he’s starting consistency and coming on loads as a player at senior level.
