Lille defender Leny Yoro is attracting interest from both Real Madrid and Chelsea ahead of the summer transfer window.
The former plan to send scouts to watch Leny Yoro this month, according to the reliable Fabrizio Romano.
“I’m hearing they plan to send their scouts again to follow Yoro in February,” the transfer expert claimed on Substack.
As for Chelsea, HITC reported at the end of January that the Blues have also been tracking the centre-back.
Yoro is not going to come cheap, though. According to le10sport, Lille value Yoro at €90m (£76.6m), extraordinary money for an 18-year-old.

Real Madrid planning to scout Leny Yoro this month
Yoro has really caught Real Madrid’s attention as they prepare to send scouts to go watch him this month.
It is bad news for Chelsea, who also look to be keen on the French youngster. No one is going to pick them over Real Madrid, especially considering how poorly Mauricio Pochettino‘s men have performed in the Premier League this season.
They were able to come back from 1-0 down against Crystal Palace on Monday to win 3-1, but that victory only took them up to 10th.
We do not think it will be a complete disaster if Chelsea do go on to miss out on Yoro, though. If they do dip into the transfer market in the summer to sign a new centre-back, the club are probably going to need someone with a bit more experience and pedigree than Yoro. After all, the next central defender the Blues recruit could be coming in to replace 39-year-old Thiago Silva.
Silva’s contract expires at the end of the season and there have been no signs to suggest that he is going to put pen to paper on a fresh one.
Pochettino himself could not guarantee whether the Brazilian would still be at Stamford Bridge next term.
