Jeremy Jacquet agrees a contract with Chelsea but there's a big twist

It seems that the centre-back Chelsea is trying to sign is Jeremy Jacquet, as things are beginning to pick up at Stamford Bridge.

Now, according to Foot Mercato, Chelsea and Jeremy Jacquet have reached a contractual agreement.

But, they want the biggest sale in the club’s history, with the fee now stated as €70M (£60 million).
