Fabrizio Romano has claimed that there are five players who are set to leave Chelsea in the coming weeks.

He said on ‘The Residency’ that Conor Gallagher would be the highlight sale if the right bid comes in for his services.

The England international is likely to be near the top of the list of players they will want to sell due to the amount of the money they could claim.

Last January saw a big bid come in for him, although he remained at Stamford Bridge for now.

After seeing him complete a full season in West London, supporters will not be opposed to seeing the 23-year-old move on if a good offer comes in.

Romano has mentioned Gallagher alongside four other first team players as players that can be expected to move on this summer.

Chelsea have five ready to go

He said: “Azpi termination, Pulisic, Auba, maybe Gallagher to keep an eye on in case good bid arrives, Chalobah situation open.

It is expected that the club captain will be on the move this summer for free, after seemingly agreeing terms with Inter Milan over a new challenge.

Christian Pulisic is also attracting interest from Italy, however there is still a large gap between what they and AC Milan value the player at.

The Blues are safe in the knowledge that they will need to confirm plenty of player sales before strengthening their ranks this summer.

However, they will also be aware that they need to spend big in order to get back near where they want to be next season, after a dismal 12th place finish last season.

It will be interesting to see who is next through the door to join the already confirmed signing of Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig.
