According to Fabrizio Romano, Como have sent an improved bid to Chelsea for Trevoh Chalobah, with talks between the two clubs ongoing.
Como have offered a £21m fixed fee and £4m in add-ons, but they are easy ones to reach, making the package worth £25m almost guaranteed.
More importantly, Chalobah is keen on the move to Italy, so this one should get done quickly.
