Oscar thinks Chelsea target Neymar is still one of the world’s very best players.

Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar, 31, remains one of the most high-profile names in the sport.

The Brazilian attacker has once again struggled with injuries during this season, but it’s not stopped him scoring 18 goals in just 29 PSG appearances.

Interestingly, the South American forward is now linked with a potential move to England.

French publication L’Equipe claimed earlier this month that Chelsea, Manchester United and Newcastle United are all interested in signing Neymar this summer. They add PSG are prepared to sell him, too.

Neymar, who’s most effective off the left wing, has proven during a glamorous career so far what a special talent he can be. There does always seem to be some off-field drama surrounding him, though.

He’s lit up La Liga and Ligue 1 during his time with Barcelona and PSG. Could he handle the Premier League, though?

Former Chelsea star Oscar, who played alongside Neymar for Brazil, has waxed lyrical about the Chelsea transfer target:

“Neymar can do things that you can’t expect. When he’s fit, he creates a lot of things for the team… He can find passes that you never think he can do,” Oscar told talkSPORT.

“The injuries make his life at Paris Saint-Germain a little bit more difficult, but he is one of the best players in the world.”
