Chelsea could be about to sit down with a rival Premier League club that holds interest in two of their players.
In the January transfer window so far, there have been some ins and outs at Chelsea. Will there be more business at Stamford Bridge before the window closes on 3 February, though?
Trevoh Chalobah and Aaron Anselmino are both back with the Blues squad after being recalled from their respective loans. Chelsea assured Chalobah that he will play after bringing him back from a successful loan spell with Crystal Palace.
In terms of exits, Alex Matos has joined Oxford United on loan. Kai Crampton and Zain Silcott-Duberry joined Bournemouth permanently, too.

Everton to speak with Chelsea about Ben Chilwell and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
According to CaughtOffside, Premier League side Everton are preparing to hold discussions with Chelsea about possible loan moves for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Ben Chilwell.
Apparently, Everton plan to ask about both players’ availability in the mid-season transfer window as they eye the loan market.
The report says that Everton have used up their full allocation of four loan signings, but they hope that they can make some room by sending injured striker Armando Broja back to Chelsea. There is the added complication that the Blues are demanding compensation for that particular deal, though.
It sounds like Chelsea and Everton could be quite busy with conversations during what’s left of the January window.

What Enzo Maresca has said about Ben Chilwell and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
There’s already been public comment from Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca recently about the futures of both Chilwell and Dewsbury-Hall.
First up, it’s pretty obvious that Chilwell is now surplus to requirements at the club. The 28-year-old left-back’s played only once across all competitions so far this season.
Maresca admitted that Chilwell could leave in January to go and play the football he deserves elsewhere.
As for Dewsbury-Hall, 26, he’s found it difficult so far during his debut season with the Blues since he joined for £30m (Sky Sports) from Leicester City. The midfielder’s made 15 appearances across all competitions so far this campaign, but he can’t get much of a look-in during the Premier League schedule.
Speaking only a week ago, Maresca said he wants to keep Dewsbury-Hall at Chelsea.
It’ll be interesting to see the outcome of the imminent Everton chat with the Blues about the two aforementioned players.
