Reports from Germany have claimed that Jude Bellingham has decided against joining Chelsea at the end of the season.
According to SportBILD, Todd Boehly’s methods of spending have put the teenager off joining the Blues when he makes his long-awaited transfer.
All the signs are pointing to the England international taking a step up from Borussia Dortmund at the end of this campaign, with a whole host of elite sides interested in bringing him in.

Chelsea have been reportedly one of those sides who have attempted to put in the necessary groundwork to complete the deal from under other sides’ noses.
Liverpool and Real Madrid have both been perceived to be the favourites to complete a deal, although Boehly has reportedly been working hard to get the Blues up to speed.
However, it has now been claimed by BILD that Bellingham is not keen on a move due to the erratic spending by the American.
Bellingham doesn’t want Chelsea
The owner backed up a lavish summer with a heavy January transfer window which saw them address the issues that have cropped up in the first half of the campaign.
This has included signings in the attacking areas, with Joao Felix, Noni Madueke and Mykhailo Mudryk in an attempt to bring some much-needed goals to Stamford Bridge in the second half of the season.

They have also addressed the midfield situation early too, with the deadline day signing of Enzo Fernandez from Benfica.
The Blues were locked in tough negotiations with Benfica for the majority of January as they looked to secure a deal for the World Cup star.
Despite other midfield targets being discussed, the club always prioritised a deal for Fernandez, and eventually got things over the line in the final moments of deadline day.
