Chelsea’s Timo Werner is reportedly expected to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
According to The Express, the 26-year-old attacker is set to depart the Blues in the summer transfer window. Of course, a change of ownership will need to take place first to allow the London club to carry out transfer activity.
It is understood Volker Struth, who’s the agent of Werner, has travelled to Italy this week to carry out talks on behalf of his client.
The report explains he’s holding discussions with Serie A trio Juventus, AC Milan and Atalanta.
In addition, German club Borussia Dortmund have previously been linked with a move to try sign Werner for next season.
Werner made a name for himself in his homeland Germany, scoring 95 goals in 159 RB Leipzig appearances. However, the speedster’s form since a transfer to Chelsea nearly two years ago has been majorly inconsistent.
It would be interesting to see how he fares in Italy, though.

Chelsea forward needs fresh start
It seems highly unlikely Werner can reignite his Blues career.
There’s no doubting he’s a quality player that still performs for his country Germany, but he’s stuck in a rut at club level.
His return of one Premier League goal so far this season highlights where he’s at right now.
Blues manager Thomas Tuchel has given him plenty of opportunities to turn things around, but the weekend’s display against Brentford was another reminder of his current club form.
