Antonio Conte reportedly wants to set up a one-to-one conference with Antonio Rudiger about possibly ditching Chelsea for Tottenham Hotspur.
According to Sport, Rudiger already has an offer to sit down with the Tottenham coach and mull over his options.
Is this the last ride for Rudiger?
The German international must now be seriously thinking about his future, as the clock on his contract continues to wind down.
Unless the Stamford Bridge hierarchy can miraculously sort out a new deal for the defender before June, he will walk away from the club as a free agent.
Sadly then into the open arms of one of his many interested suitors.
Sport claim that the three sides currently disputing the 29-year-old’s destiny to the highest degree are Manchester United, Paris-Saint Germain and Spurs.

Rudiger’s agent was also apparently in Barcelona recently to speak about a possible move, however his client’s wages could be a major stumbling block.
Plus, Ronald Araujo is seemingly on the verge of penning his long-term allegiance to the Catalans, a player previously linked with a move to Chelsea.
With Barca possibly out of the picture, the queue to Rudiger gets slightly shorter.
Antonio’s options
Despite signing the aging Sergio Ramos last summer, PSG still have problems at the back and clearly identify Thomas Tuchel’s £29m (BBC) centurion as an answer to these issues.
Manchester United haven’t coped much better in defence.
They are set for a significant reshuffle at the end of the season, with Erik ten Haag on the verge of replacing Ralf Rangnick as the permanent manager.
Making Rudiger one of his first signings would certainly be a decent start to Ten Haag’s reign at Old Trafford.

Then there’s Tottenham, who will now have ambitions of challenging for titles next term, following a strong finish to the campaign.
Conte is probably a few new faces away from mounting such an assault.
Raid Chelsea’s number two and they might be a real cause for concern before too long.
