Chelsea could reportedly loan out their £97.5million attacker Romelu Lukaku this summer.
According to The Mirror, the Blues may allow the 29-year-old striker to leave Stamford Bridge next season on a temporary basis.
It is understood Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel may be open to Lukaku’s transfer exit on the condition he gets access to sign a suitable replacement up front.
The report adds Italian giants Inter Milan are interested in re-signing Lukaku just a year on from selling him, but they won’t be able to match the transfer price that will be placed on his head. Therefore, they’re going to turn to try secure a loan deal.

Chelsea could loan out Lukaku
Lukaku’s 15 goals in 44 appearances this season doesn’t quite tell the full story of his first year back at the Bridge.
Unfortunately, the Belgian forward has been in and out of Tuchel’s line-up, as well as struggling with his link up play when on the pitch.
TalkSPORT pundit Darren Bent has urged Lukaku to stay in west London to prove his doubters wrong.
However, it’s been reported he would like a return to Inter this summer. He would need to take a significant pay cut, though.

30-goal striker at San Siro
Lukaku’s return of 15 goals fell well short of expectation, especially when you consider what he achieved in the previous two years at Inter.
The left-footed frontman scored 34 goals during his debut season with the Italians. Afterwards, he followed that up with 30 goals across all competitions in the next campaign.
It looked like he’s exactly what Chelsea need to improve their attack, but it’s not worked out so far.
