Paris Saint-Germain centre-back Presnel Kimpembe is seriously considering leaving his boyhood club amid interest from Chelsea, according to French outlet Le10Sport.
The 26-year-old, who still has two years left in his contract at Parc des Princes, has been at the club for his whole career.
During international duty with France in June, the centre-back reiterated his desire to continue playing for PSG, but also said that he is looking for a new contract.
“I’m going to be 27 in August, it’s a key moment in my career,” the France international said last month.
“My next contract will therefore be very important. I’m waiting to meet the future sporting management in relation to the club’s project.
“We’ll have to discuss it fairly quickly.”

As things stand, however, Kimpembe and PSG are yet to reach an agreement over a new deal.
Instead, under new football advisor Luis Campos, PSG are reportedly looking to invest in a new centre-back with Inter Milan’s Milan Skriniar reportedly being their main target his summer.
This, according to Le10Sport, could push Kimpembe closer to a potential summer exit amid interest from Chelsea.
Blues manager Tuchel is said to be “ready to do anything” to reunite with his former player in London despite having already signed Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli.

An earlier report from the Independent claimed that PSG have set a price of €50million (£42.5m) plus €10m (£8.5m) in bonuses for Kimpembe, which suggests that the French club is open to selling the player.
Any potential deal for the left-footed defender will likely depend on whether PSG can secure Skriniar or an alternative defensive target, however, since they are not exactly under pressure to sell this summer.
Therefore, it is hardly a surprise that Chelsea have reportedly been looking at other options as well, such as turning their attention back to their long-term target, Sevilla’s Jules Kounde.
