Reports have claimed that PSG are hopeful that Chelsea get the funds together to sign Neymar this summer.

According to The Athletic, the Blues are the side those in Paris are hoping will launch a feasible move to sign the Brazilian.

It is not the first transfer window where Neymar has seemingly been available for sale, however he could now leave as part of a huge window of exits for the French champions.

Lionel Messi has already completed his move to Inter Miami, the MLS’ worst performing team right now.

There is also plenty of talk surrounding Kylian Mbappe’s future, with Stamford Bridge also mentioned as a potential landing spot for him if he leaves ahead of next season.

There are very few doubts regarding the quality of Neymar, even if he is on paper approaching the latter stages of his career at the top level.

PSG are hopeful that Chelsea make the move off the back of a number of player sales early in this window.

They yesterday announced that Kalidou Koulibaly had left Stamford Bridge permanently after just one season at the club.

The news was met by plenty of first team players taking to social media to wish the clearly popular defender well, after the Blues recalled a large amount of the fee they spent on signing him from Napoli 12 months ago.
