Villarreal forward Nicolas Jackson has now agreed personal terms with Chelsea.
That is according to The Athletic.
Nicolas Jackson, who’s just 21, has reached an agreement with Chelsea to join them this summer.
The young centre-forward is now prepared to complete a high-profile transfer to Stamford Bridge and take on the Premier League for the first time in his career.

The Athletic says it’s now up to Villarreal and Chelsea to negotiate the 21-year-old’s transfer.
It is understood that the Blues are prepared to enter talks in order to complete the deal and sign themselves a new striker.
Apparently, Jackson has a release clause worth €35million (£29.8million) in his current deal.

Jackson may be an unknown talent to a lot of English audiences, but he’s been making a name for himself in the past couple of years in Spain. In particular, he found some real goalscoring form in La Liga during the final stages of last season.
He’s scored nine goals in his past eight appearances in the Spanish La Liga, which certainly grabs your eye.
Described as “extraordinary” by Villarreal manager Quique Setien, Jackson is emerging as a talented forward with great pace and awareness.
We’ve seen Chelsea try and fail in the past when going down the route of splashing the cash on the world’s elite strikers. So many have fallen into the trap of the Blues No 9 curse, though.
We suspect Jackson could be a low-key great signing that could surprise a few with his qualities in attack.
