Liverpool will reportedly be offered the chance to sign Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele, who’s recently been linked with Chelsea.
Dembele’s Barcelona contract expires at the end of this month, so he’s scheduled to leave unless a new deal can be arranged at the Camp Nou.
It’s been claimed the Spanish giants are growing frustrated during their contracts negotiations with the 25-year-old about new terms.
In addition, Chelsea have recently been linked with Dembele. Apparently, there could be talks soon between the Blues and the player’s agent.

Liverpool offered Ousmane Dembele
According to the Daily Mail, it’s “likely” that Premier League runners-up Liverpool will be offered soon-to-be free agent Dembele this summer.
However, the report explains the French winger’s wages and personality could be an obstacle preventing him moving to Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side have been one of the best forward lines in world football recently with the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Diogo Jota and Luis Diaz. The Mail’s report doesn’t sound too optimistic that Dembele will join their ranks, though.

A new PL gem?
If Dembele ends up in England, it could be another really exciting addition to the Premier League.
Dembele, whose pace was described as “frightening” by Lionel Messi in 2020, has tons of potential.
The left-footed wide man is lethal cutting infield from the right wing with his speed, quick dribbling and directness.
