Ben Chilwell is still at Chelsea but maybe not for much longer amid reported interest from two Premier League clubs.
Ben Chilwell, who was booted out of the first team in the summer, missed his chance to leave Chelsea in the last transfer window.
However, the market reopens again in a few months, which will give the left-back another opportunity to depart. And if Enzo Maresca continues to snub him, then he is going to have to.
Maresca is ready to use Chilwell again, but unless Marc Cucurella and Renato Veiga get injured, you would not expect him to pick up too many minutes at Chelsea this season.

Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town could make move for Ben Chilwell
Chilwell could get the chance to remain in the Premier League if he does decide to leave Chelsea.
According to The Sun, Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town are both monitoring Chilwell and could make a swoop for him in January.
Chilwell would likely have to take a huge wage cut, with the 27-year-old currently earning £200,000 a week at Chelsea, as per Spotrac.
Chilwell was the subject of interest over the summer, but in the end he decided to stay at Chelsea, a decision he could come to regret.
Ben Chilwell should consider Crystal Palace move
Being a newly-promoted side, there is an expectation for Ipswich to get relegated this season.
By the time January arrives, they may already be in big trouble, with Kieran McKenna’s side taking just two points from their first four games. It leaves them just outside of the relegation zone.
Considering that, you would not blame Chilwell for hesitating to join Ipswich. Palace, however, are a different story.
The Eagles are a mid-table Premier League team who hold onto their top-flight status each season. They have also created an environment where players can go on to become England internationals, with the likes of Marc Guehi and Eberechi Eze winning their first caps as Palace players.
With Chilwell looking for an England recall, a move to Selhurst Park could be good for the former Leicester City man. But ultimately, he just needs to leave Stamford Bridge if Maresca continues to overlook him.
Thomas Tuchel rated Chilwell, once praising his dribbling. “It was brilliant,” the German was quoted as saying by The Independent after a game in 2021. Maresca, however, is clearly not as big of a fan.
