Tottenham have now made Chelsea target Dusan Vlahovic their No.1 choice to replace Harry Kane this summer.
That is according to Foot Mercato.
So, what is the situation involving Tottenham and Chelsea target Dusan Vlahovic? Let’s take a look…
What’s the story?
Well – according to Gazzetta dello Sport – Cristiano Giuntoli, Director of Football at Juventus, has flown into London for talks with Chelsea about the Serbia international.
However, the 51-year-old may also have a chat with Tottenham while he’s in London, as Spurs appear to be huge admirers of Vlahovic.
Foot Mercato believe the north Londoners have maintained an interest in the 23-year-old throughout recent years, and have now made him their top target in the event that Kane leaves.

The French news outlet add that PSG and Bayern Munich are pushing hard to sign the England international, and it is telling that Spurs are preparing themselves for his exit by earmarking Vlahovic as his replacement.
Foot Mercato add that Tottenham and Juventus hold a strong relationship, having previously negotiated successful deals which saw Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski move to N17.
Chelsea have time to beat Tottenham to Vlahovic
While it certainly sounds like Tottenham are in a good position to sign Vlahovic from Juventus, Ange Postecoglou won’t make a move unless Kane does actually leave.
A transfer of that magnitude will surely drag on, as Spurs expect to receive over £100m for their talisman.
Therefore, Chelsea have some time to decide whether or not to make a serious push for Vlahovic.

The Blues are, however, hamstrung by their inability to sell Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan – Gazzetta dello Sport believe Chelsea hope to offload the Belgian before signing a new striker.
Nevertheless, that sale should happen long before any deal for Kane, so Chelsea must make a decision on Vlahovic before Tottenham find themselves in a position to begin their pursuit.
