It has been a busy transfer window for Chelsea, who have just signed Filip Jorgensen from Villarreal.
Filip Jorgensen is Chelsea‘s seventh signing of the summer, while the Blues also agreed a deal with Palmeiras for Estevao Willian to join the club next year.
Jorgensen’s arrival now means Chelsea have four goalkeepers in their senior squad: the 22-year-old, Robert Sanchez, Djordje Petrovic and Marcus Bettinelli.
They also have Gabriel Slonina, but it looks like the club could sign yet another shot-stopper before the transfer window closes.
Chelsea have already discussed signing Mike Penders with Genk, with a deal now looking imminent.

Chelsea’s plans for Mike Penders
Chelsea think Penders could be another Thibaut Courtois. With that being the case, it is starting to make sense why they are targeting him.
Courtois, who was once on Chelsea’s books, is arguably the best goalkeeper in the world. And Penders could now follow in his footsteps by leaving Genk for Chelsea.
According to HLN, the Blues are close to landing Penders in a deal worth around €20m (£16.8m).
However, the plan is for Penders to join Chelsea before immediately going back to Genk on loan.
Mike Penders set to return to Genk on loan
Chelsea have way too many goalkeepers in Enzo Maresca‘s squad right now. It is only logical that they send Penders back to Genk.
Penders has just turned 19 as well and has not played outside of Belgium. It is probably too soon for him to be a Premier League shot-stopper.
As for the goalkeepers currently at Chelsea, the Blues need to get rid of Kepa Arrizabalaga before the end of the transfer window.
Chelsea were prepared to swap Kepa for Andriy Lunin, but with Jorgensen now at the club, there is no need for the Real Madrid man.
The Blues must now find another way to get rid of the Spaniard, who will not play a single minute of football at Stamford Bridge if he remains there this summer.
