Several Premier League clubs, including Chelsea, are after Ajax and Netherlands defender Jorrel Hato.
Hato can play at left-back and in central defence, making the 19-year-old a very attractive proposition.
Chelsea seem to be really big admirers of Hato as they try to bring him to Stamford Bridge during this transfer window.
It has been claimed that Chelsea have already had one bid for Hato turned down by Ajax. The Eredivisie club, though, only look to be delaying the inevitable.

Jorrel Hato rejects offers from two Premier League clubs
Hato’s heart appears to be set on a move to the Premier League this summer, though two unnamed sides now seem to be out of the running for his signature.
According to CaughtOffside, the Dutchman has rejected offers from two clubs in the English top flight, leaving Chelsea as the firm favourites to sign him.
In fact, it has been reported that Hato has informed Ajax that he wants to join Chelsea. If the Blues can agree on a fee with his current employers, then a deal should go through before the transfer market closes.
Chelsea have spent the summer strengthening their attack. They have brought in Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens and Liam Delap and may not stop there.
Chelsea are also interested in Xavi Simons, who plays alongside Hato for the Netherlands national team.
It looks like they want to sign at least one defender, though, as they pursue one of Ajax’s top talents.

Ajax interested in one of Chelsea’s players
Chelsea signing Hato from Ajax may not be the only piece of business the two clubs do with each other this summer.
Ajax have reportedly made an enquiry about Ishe Samuels-Smith. If a move to Strasbourg does not materialise, then Chelsea could always sell him to Ajax.
As for Hato, at this point, it would be a bit of a surprise if the Netherlands international did not end up at Stamford Bridge and a bit of a blow for Enzo Maresca. The Chelsea manager could really do with some cover for Marc Cucurella, who played a lot of football last season.
