Despite spending extortionate money since Todd Boehly became Chelsea owner, there are no plans for that to stop just yet.

Recent reports have stated that manager Mauricio Pochettino is going to have more say in the players that are brought in, as a result of him impressing in charge so far.

The Blues smashed their transfer record over the summer with the addition of Moises Caicedo, just months after doing so to sign Enzo Fernandez.

With another transfer window just months away, here’s three players Chelsea should sign.

Perhaps the most obvious choice, Toney is set to return to football around the time the January transfer window opens.

Last season he was one of the top scorers in the Premier League, only topped by Erling Haaland and Harry Kane.

Goals have still been an issue at Chelsea this season, despite the addition of Nicolas Jackson in the last window.

In order to compete at the top again though, they need a recognized striker who will fire goals home on a regular basis.

For a reported £80m, Chelsea could have their man from across West London.

Late in the last transfer window, reports emerged that Chelsea were keen in bringing in Nusa from Club Brugge.

However, he remained with the Belgian side, where he has continued to impress on the wing for club and country.

Martin Odegaard has been very public in his praise for Nusa, and he will almost certainly be on the radar of big clubs in January.

Chelsea should act before one of their rivals do.

Chelsea were also reportedly keen on a late deal last summer for midfielder Moscardo.

However, they were unable to sell either Conor Gallagher or Ian Maatsen on deadline day to fund the move.

Barcelona have been reportedly keen on signing Moscardo, with them seeing him as the long-awaited heir to Sergio Busquets.

With Gallagher’s future still not certain, he may well be the man to replace him.
