Fikayo Tomori talked about the moment he embarrassed Hakim Ziyech in the Champions League and sent a message to the upcoming Chelsea player.

Chelsea have already announced Ziyech’s summer transfer from Ajax in February.

The Morocco international agreed to a five-year deal and is expected to join Frank Lampard’s squad after this season ends.

Ziyech and his Ajax teammates have faced Chelsea twice in the Champions League group stage.

Chelsea edged the Eredivisie side in Group H, to finish second and qualify for the knock-out phase. Meanwhile, Ajax who ended up in the third-position went to the Europa League round of 32.

In an interview with Soccer AM, Tomori was asked about the moment where he threw Ziyech off balance with a silky turn.

Tomori said: “I wasn’t going to mention it. It just kind of happened, I was not thinking ‘I’m going to do a Cruyff turn.'”

“Then when he signed, you know, lots of people were sending me the video.”

Tomori then sent a message to his future teammate, saying: “Hopefully, he is going to do it to other people next season.”

That is certainly what every Chelsea fan is waiting to see.
