There will be frustration amongst supporters, especially when looking at the business already done by or expected to be done by Spurs, despite the fact they were nearly relegated last season.

It has been claimed that Chelsea are scouting Bergvall at the World Cup, and will have been impressed with the part he played in Sweden’s dominant first win.
With Spurs looking to make major changes to their midfield, the opportunity is there for the Blues to bring in Bergvall this summer and strengthen their own side.
A new midfielder is going to be top of the agenda for Alonso if Fernandez does get his move, and the club should be targeting Premier League experience wherever possible.

The Blues will be well aware that they will struggle to convince the really big names to join the club this summer, and may have to rely on opportunistic signings.
