Estevao Willian’s value has shot up rapidly in the last six months, which really puts into perspective just how well Chelsea did to negotiate his transfer.
Back in June 2024, Chelsea confirmed the signing of Estevao Willian from Palmeiras. The deal becomes official in the summer of 2025. In the meantime, the 17-year-old wonderkid has continued his development with Brazilian giants Palmeiras.
Chelsea fans believe Estevao is ready to make an immediate impact in their first-team squad next season.
Even though Estevao is still only a teenager, he’s got plenty of experience in senior football under his belt. It’s one of many reasons why the Chelsea fanbase are so excited about his imminent arrival.

Estevao Willian’s value has doubled in the last six months
The CIES Football Observatory has released which players from outside of the top five leagues have had the biggest transfer value increase over the last six months.
Chelsea supporters will be intrigued to see that Estevao ranks second on the list as his rapid rise continues in Palmeiras colours. His valuation has doubled from €30.1m (£25.26m) to €60.3m (£50.6m) in a six-month period.
When you recall that Chelsea agreed a £29m deal (BBC Sport) to sign Estevao, it’s now looking more and more like an incredible piece of transfer business. It’ll feel an even bigger bargain if his trajectory continues like this.
Chelsea thinks they’ve hit the jackpot with Estevao, which looks spot on at this moment in time.

Potential Chelsea front four next season with Estevao Willian
Estevao isn’t worried about failing at Chelsea like some high-profile players from the past. With the youngster’s ability and attitude, we’re equally confident he can succeed in England.
We’re not expecting the teenage attacker, who can play as a No.10 or right-winger, to hit the ground running from day one with the Blues.
However, here is a look at what a Chelsea front four could shape up like in the 2025/26 season:
Esteveo Willian (Right wing)
Like he’s showing with Palmeiras, Estevao is absolutely lethal cutting infield from the right flank on his favoured left foot. The most logical way to get him into the XI straight away is on the wing.
Cole Palmer (Attacking midfielder)
Cole Palmer is the talisman of the entire Blues squad, even if he’s struggling for form right now. It’s clear under Blues head coach Enzo Maresca that Palmer’s future is in a central playmaker role.
Pedro Neto (Left wing)
It’s a little bit more difficult predicting the left wing position for next season, but versatile forward Pedro Neto could find himself in Chelsea’s best side in some capacity if he plays to his best.
Nicolas Jackson (Striker)
Finally, Nicolas Jackson could be leading the line again as the centre-forward. Chelsea plan to sign a new striker in the summer transfer window, but there’s no guarantee anyone would replace Jackson straight away
