Chelsea have spent £100m on another player after signing Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa for a £117m fee.
It comes after their £115m and £107m purchases of Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez back in 2023.
Chelsea have had no trouble spending £100m on players, but will BlueCo ever receive that amount of money for one of their own assets?

Who is the best £100m midfielder in the Premier League?
Enzo Fernandez
Fernandez is a good place to start. Chelsea paid £107m for the midfielder, so they are going to want a similar fee to sell him.
In fact, it is thought that Chelsea currently value Fernandez at £120m as the 25-year-old pushes for a move away from Stamford Bridge.
Cole Palmer
If Chelsea were to put Cole Palmer up for sale today, he would easily draw £100m bids. The Englishman is one of the best forwards in the Premier League.
The Blues will not want to sell Palmer and he has a contract until 2033, meaning it is going to take a ridiculous offer for the club to even consider parting ways with him.
Moises Caicedo
Should Caicedo ask to leave Chelsea, he would be in a very similar situation to Fernandez.
In their eyes, the Ecuadorian is another £100m midfielder, hence their £115m offer to Brighton & Hove Albion for his services three years ago. With a contract similar to Palmer’s, he will not be going for anything lower than £100m.
Joao Pedro
Joao Pedro is probably not a £100m footballer just yet. Last season was his first real prolific one in England.
However, if the Brazilian has another strong campaign, you would probably be able to put him in that bracket. Barcelona wanted to sign Pedro this summer, so in the future, that is one admirer who may be willing to drop £100m on him.
Estevao Willian
Estevao Willian has such a high ceiling that the 19-year-old becoming a £100m forward feels inevitable.
Estevao has so much time to grow and improve, and with the direction that the market is heading in, by the time he gets to his mid-20s, it is hard to imagine him costing anything less than £100m. By then, spending £100m on a Premier League player will probably be the norm.
Enzo Fernandez likely to be BlueCo’s first £100m sale
Fernandez wants to leave Chelsea immediately, and the midfielder market is very expensive right now.
Elliot Anderson and Sandro Tonali have just gone for £116m and £100m respectively, while Mateus Fernandes cost his new employers £85m.
With that in mind, everything is pointing towards Fernandez potentially being the first Chelsea player to earn BlueCo £100m from one sale.
