It looks as if Mauricio Pochettino is feeling the pressure in his current role at Chelsea.
Reports have begun swirling that there is a lack of confidence in the Argentine amongst those on the board, with them being completely divided as to what the best course of action is regarding his future.
Those at the top will have been hoping to see an immediate reaction from Pochettino to the defeat in the EFL Cup final, where they will have felt like there was a real opportunity to win their first trophy since the change of ownership.
This did not happen though, and instead they have backed it up with two underwhelming performances against Leeds United and Brentford.
The manager has stated that he feels as if he is unable to rest and rotate a number of his players at the moment, in particular midfield duo Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.

There will be some though that are left wondering why the boss has not turned to some of the younger players in his squad, in particular after watching the recent success of Liverpool.
One of those youngsters who is yet to feature this year is Deivid Washington, however it feels like he has the right to feel particularly aggrieved at the situation.

At the start of February, Pochettino stated that he had belief in the forward that he could make an impact after Armando Broja had been loaned out.
Fast forward to now, he has not even been named in the first team squad for a Premier League game, let alone make an appearance for the Blues.
This has coincided with the return from the African Cup of Nations of Nicolas Jackson, who has discovered his goalscoring touch again.
Washington has been playing a starring role for the youth team at Chelsea in recent weeks, however will feel frustrated he has not had the chance to prove anything for the first team.
