Chelsea loanee Levi Colwill could reportedly be side-lined for over a month following a muscular injury sustained at Brighton & Hove Albion.
According to football.london, the defender is looking at up to six weeks in the treatment room thanks to this issue.
This will come as a huge blow for Colwill, who has just started to stake a claim in Roberto de Zerbi’s side by the South Coast.
The 19-year-old has begun and finished all of the previous five Premier League fixtures, including the impressive 3-0 win over Liverpool last weekend.

Sadly for the player and Brighton, the teenager will not be available for the trip to Leicester City tomorrow, or the subsequent meeting with Liverpool in the FA Cup next Sunday.
He could also miss meetings with Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Fulham and Newcastle United.
It is certainly a run of games that could either derail De Zerbi’s squad or propel them to new heights.
Levi Colwill is destined for Chelsea
Either way, the Brighton manager will be disappointed not to have Colwill onboard for the potentially pivotal period.
Hopefully the wound will not prove to be serious, as he aims to build-upon what’s been an extremely promising couple of months.
Especially if it will in anyway affect his potential return to Chelsea.
It’s been largely reported that the centre-back has a major part to play in his boy-hood club’s future.

Both the board and Graham Potter apparently want to reintegrate Colwill into the first-team once he finishes life on the road.
Just make sure you come back without any injuries, Levi, we don’t need anymore of those!
