Chelsea fans have all sent the same message to Manchester United after Jadon Sancho’s latest performance

Chelsea signed Jadon Sancho from rivals Manchester United at the end of the last transfer window.

Chelsea brought Jadon Sancho in on loan with an obligation to buy and it is already looking like one of the deals of the summer.

The winger helped the Blues to beat Brighton & Hove Albion 4-2 on Saturday, providing another assist for Enzo Maresca‘s side.

It was his third in as many games for his new club. Marc Cucurella was impressed with Sancho’s performance against Fabian Hurzeler’s men.

Chelsea fans thank Manchester United for Jadon Sancho signing

Cucurella was not the only person who was impressed with Sancho’s latest outing. Several Chelsea supporters also were, and they took to X during and after the Brighton game to show that, thanking United for allowing the 24-year-old to join their side.

@CFC_Jamie431 said: “Jadon Sancho is a baller. Thank you, Manchester United!”

@CFCAzM posted: “Jadon Sancho is already loving life at Chelsea, we saved him from the dumps at Old Trafford. £25m, Thank You INEOS.”

And finally, @ConnCFC wrote: “Sancho has 3 assists in 3 games. Manchester United thank you very much.”

After Sancho’s previous assist against West Ham United last weekend, Paul Pogba simply wrote “him” on Instagram to describe his former teammate.

Jadon Sancho’s assists

Sancho’s other assist for Chelsea came in his debut against Bournemouth earlier this month. With three to his name, only four players have recorded more in the Premier League this term, which includes teammate Cole Palmer.

That is the same number of assists that Sancho managed in each of his first two seasons at Old Trafford.

At Chelsea, then, the England international really does look like a new player. He now has to be aiming to register at least 10 assists in the Premier League after this promising start to the campaign.

Sancho will get the chance to increase his tally next Sunday when Chelsea take on Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have a game against Gent in the Conference League before then, but you would expect Sancho to be rested. The former Borussia Dortmund star has quickly established himself as the first-choice left winger at the club, ahead of Mykhailo Mudryk.
