Rotation is certainly going to be on the agenda for Chelsea tonight as they get their Carabao Cup campaign underway with the visit of Barrow.
Enzo Maresca has begun to find regular success in the Premier League, which has resulted in a fairly consistent lineup being named by the Blues.
It looks as if tonight’s game could hold importance for a number of fringe players. It has already been described as a last chance to impress for Mykhailo Mudryk.

Ben Chilwell has been completely frozen out this season so far, however it looks as if he will get his chance to impress his manager for the first time tonight.
Many Chelsea supporters will be hoping that opportunities are extended to a number of the promising youngsters at the club, with few seeming to have a higher ceiling right now than Kiano Dyer.

Kiano Dyer in Chelsea first team training
The 17-year-old is in the Conference League squad for the group stages, and looks as if he could be pushing for an opportunity tonight too.
As seen on the club’s 5th Stand App, Dyer was amongst the first team players present for the final training session before tonight’s match.
Josh Acheampong pushing for first Chelsea start
There will no doubt be a few players from the academy who are in Maresca’s thinking when it comes to tonight’s match, although it will remain difficult for everyone to be given an opportunity to impress.
One individual in particular who is surely pushing for a start after recent injuries is Josh Acheampong, who can slot in at right-back amid the ongoing issues to players in that position.
Maresca has already stated that he believes Acheampong can become a top player in the future, and there is no better time to see if that is true than tonight when the Blues come up against lower league opposition in the Carabao Cup.
