Chelsea goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli has now been seen training with the first team for the first time this season.
Pictures on the club’s 5th Stand App have shown the 31-year-old back amongst the goalkeeper in training after a lengthy absence.
Many may have even forgotten Bettinelli was a part of the first team squad due to the amount of time he has not even been seen in training.

Obviously not signed to play any meaningful minutes, his role since his move to Stamford Bridge has been to support the various goalkeepers who are also in the squad at the time.
Over the summer, those options have taken quite the change as a new era at the club was not limited to off-pitch appointments.
Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy were last season competing for the number one jersey, with the Spaniard claiming the majority of minutes between the sticks.
However, he was quick to jump at the opportunity to play on loan at Real Madrid this season, off the back of Thibaut Courtois’ injury.

The Blues were also happy to see the Senegal international move on, with him now one of the players who are plying their trade over in Saudi Arabia.
Now Bettinelli is back, he has a new duo to work with and support.
Robert Sanchez does look as if his confidence could do with a bit of a boost, despite starting every game for the club so far this season.
A few shaky moments have left some unconvinced that he has the credentials to be the number one at Stamford Bridge for a long time.
The other option is Djordje Petrovic, although the MLS signing is yet to feature for the Blues yet this season.
