Chelsea have made a good start to the season, but it has not been perfect because of a couple of disappointing results and injuries.
While they were still able to qualify for the league stage in the end, Chelsea lost the second leg of their Conference League play-off tie against Servette 2-1. They also dropped points at home to Crystal Palace in the Premier League after drawing 1-1 with them.
In terms of injuries, Reece James and Romeo Lavia have had more fitness issues this term, with the former yet to play a single minute under Enzo Maresca.
Omari Kellyman is also sidelined at the moment. Kellyman could leave Chelsea on loan in the January transfer window.

Omari Kellyman targets November return
Kellyman’s Chelsea career has probably not got off to the start that he would have liked.
The attacking midfielder is yet to make his first-team debut and is currently out injured. There is still time for him to make his first appearance for the Blues this year.
According to football.london, Kellyman is aiming to return from injury in November before Chelsea look for a loan move for him in January.
However, with Maresca having Cole Palmer and Joao Felix in his squad, he may not get an opportunity to play with the first team this season.
Aston Villa wanted to keep hold of Kellyman, but selling the 19-year-old helped the club with PSR in the end. After watching him in one friendly, Unai Emery thought he was “brilliant” (via Goal).
Chelsea’s injury problems not as bad as last season’s
While Kellyman, James and Lavia have spent time on the sidelines this season, this is nothing compared to the previous campaign.
Last term, Chelsea were without James and Lavia but also had Christopher Nkunku and Wesley Fofana missing.
Fofana actually finished the season without having played a single minute, while Lavia only managed to make one appearance.
This time around, Nkunku and Fofana are both fit, while Lavia could be back for Chelsea’s game against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.
James’ fitness is still proving to be a problem, though. Maresca cannot estimate when James will be back as Chelsea try to be cautious with him.
