Ex-Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is doing an excellent job at Como, and that has not gone unnoticed.
Under Fabregas, Como have managed to guarantee Serie A football for another season, with the Italian club sitting comfortably above the relegation zone.
Como have even been able to defeat Napoli, who are the league leaders in Serie A right now, showing what kind of team they have become since the former Chelsea star took over.
Unfortunately for Como, though, they may not have Fabregas for much longer, as the 37-year-old continues to attract interest from other clubs.

Cesc Fabregas could succeed Antonio Conte at Napoli
Manchester City have their eye on Fabregas, but they are not the only fans of the retired midfielder.
According to journalist Rudy Galetti on X, Napoli also admire Fabregas and he could become an option for them if Antonio Conte departs the club at the end of the season.
It would see the former Spain international replace his old boss in the dugout after two years together at Stamford Bridge.
During that time, Chelsea were able to win the Premier League title and FA Cup, with Fabregas offering creativity in Conte’s midfield.
Fabregas got to share the pitch with Nemanja Matic during his spell in west London, and the Lyon star enjoyed playing alongside him.
When Matic discussed Fabregas in a recent interview, he said: “In 2015, I played mostly with Cesc, in 2017 it was more alongside N’Golo [Kante] with Cesc in front. I liked it with both. Cesc was a maestro with the ball, giving the final pass.”

Cesc Fabregas surprise candidate for another job
If Pep Guardiola leaves the Etihad this year or in 2026, the City job may come too soon for Fabregas, who is still very early into his managerial career.
There could be another gig in England, though, that is more suitable for the ex-Barcelona and Arsenal man.
It has been suggested that Leicester City could turn to Fabregas following their relegation to the Championship. As a result of their demotion, the Foxes could decide to part ways with Ruud van Nistelrooy, which would leave them in need of a new manager.
