Reports have claimed that Bayern Munich actually rejected the chance to sign Trevoh Chalobah on loan on deadline day.
According to Sport BILD, the leadership rejected a move for the Chelsea man despite the Blues requesting less than £2m in a loan fee.
It had been widely claimed that Chelsea were very keen to get rid of Chalobah this summer, with them exploring a number of avenues for him to leave.

They were originally hoping for a permanent move to get him gone, however it seemed that no one was interested in the asking fee they were hoping to get from a sale.
Instead, the Bundesliga champions and one of the favourites for the Champions League were only interested in a loan move.
Bayern rejected Chalobah loan
Thomas Tuchel was reportedly individually in touch with the player in an attempt to convince him, with the pair previously working together at Stamford Bridge.
It has now been claimed that the Blues were late in the window keen to sign off on a loan move, before the leadership at the club eventually rejected the signing.

It has since been claimed that Chelsea are now reportedly going to be look to freeze out the Englishman before January, where they will again look to sell the player.
While he is currently recovering from an injury, reports have stated that he is still willing to fight for his place, despite being wildly out of favour with higher ups at the club.
Instead, Mauricio Pochettino looks keen to utilise Axel Disasi as a defender on the right, with him joining earlier this summer.
