The annual release of the new EA Sports FC console game is usually a hot topic of discussion with professional footballers, and one Chelsea player is not happy after discovering his individual rating.
Chelsea certainly had an up and down season last year, so we’re expecting to see that reflected in the player ratings for EAFC 25.
Chelsea’s ratings for EAFC 25 include Cole Palmer earning the largest increase in the game’s history.
The Blues have started well this campaign under new head coach Enzo Maresca, so let’s hope there’s some big upgrades when it comes around to this time next year.

Marc Guiu fuming with his EAFC 25 rating
Chelsea youngster Marc Guiu, 18, has voiced his anger towards his rating on the new console game. For context, the teenage striker is a 67 rated silver card.
When reacting to his EAFC 25 rating, Guiu said via Chelsea’s X account: “That’s a joke. Have they ever seen me play?”
What to expect from Marc Guiu this season
Chelsea signed Guiu in the summer transfer window in a £5m deal (BBC) from Barcelona, which looks like a really exciting investment for a talented youngster.
The 18-year-old frontman did catch the eye in a positive way during pre-season, but he currently finds himself behind both Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku in the pecking order for the striker position.
GiveMeSport claimed in the summer that Chelsea boss Maresca was prepared to loan out Guiu. Instead, the Spanish youngster has remained with the first-team squad and is competing for minutes.
So far, Guiu’s played four games across all competitions this term. We expect he’ll have to be patient and wait for his opportunities to really make his mark in cup fixtures this season.
