AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori has got fans at his former club Chelsea talking right now.
With the January transfer window now open, it has been claimed that Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign Tomori.
Whether they bite remains to be seen, but the rumour being out there has understandably got Chelsea fans speaking.
Tomori joined Milan from Chelsea permanently in the summer of 2021 after a successful loan spell at the San Siro.

Chelsea fans disagree over Fikayo Tomori
Presently, Chelsea have injuries in central defence, while Axel Disasi has not always impressed when he has put on a blue shirt.
Disasi could actually leave Chelsea this month as he reportedly attracts interest from other clubs.
The above may be why some Chelsea fans would welcome the return of Tomori. Some took to X to call for the board to re-sign him.
One supporter has begged the club to snap up the 27-year-old. He said: “If Tomori is available please bring, at least he’s better than Disasi, [Levi] Colwill and [Benoit] Badiashile.”
Another has fond memories of Tomori’s first spell at Chelsea. He posted: “I loved Tomori when he was here so I’d happily take him back especially if it means Disasi leaves.”
However, not every Chelsea fan is itching for a Tomori homecoming. In fact, one supporter posted: “Don’t want Tomori”.
Another cannot believe that the Tomori links have even emerged. They said: “There’s no way we’re talking about Tomori in 2025.”
Fikayo Tomori could join Chelsea’s rivals instead
If Chelsea do not bite at Tomori’s availability, then one of their fiercest rivals could.
According to TBR, Tottenham Hotspur are one club who have discussed the possibility of signing Tomori.
A move there could make a lot of sense for the England international. Spurs have been getting injuries in central defence this season, so Tomori could get opportunities under Ange Postecoglou.
He has not got as many as he would have liked at Milan in the current campaign, making just six starts in Serie A.
However, following Paulo Fonseca’s departure at the end of December, things could change. If Tomori is not offered any guarantees, though, then maybe he will try to secure a move to Tottenham or Chelsea this month.
